Job summary

Piaget is seeking an Organisation Design and Transformation Manager reporting to the Chief People Officer. You will shape Piaget's future by driving organizational design, improving ways of working, and leading change initiatives across global functions and markets.

The role requires a strategic project manager and facilitator who can ensure structures support growth, agility, and a people-centric approach to change. English and French fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience, ideally in management/strategy consulting, or in-house transformation/HR PMO.
• Experience in organizational design, operating models, and change programs.
• Experience in Retail/Luxury Retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Organizational Analysis and Design, developing target structures aligned with strategic objectives.
• Optimize workflows and cross-functional collaboration to improve agility and efficiency.
• Drive organizational projects with timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
• Champion change management approaches for successful adoption of new models.
• Collaborate with HR partners to align resources with evolving needs.
• Foster engagement and continuous improvement aligned with Piaget values.
