Job summary

Lombard Odier is seeking an Operations Support & Continuous Improvement Specialist (80-100%) in Geneva. You will act as a central contact for operational queries, coordinate stakeholders, and drive process improvements across Geneva, Luxembourg and Singapore.

The role requires banking operations experience and strong analytical skills, with fluency in French and English. The position is based in Switzerland, offering exposure to a global wealth and asset management environment and opportunities

Qualifications

• Banking apprenticeship or Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in Banking Operations, Middle Office, Client Services or Operational Support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Interest in operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of custody and securities activities or willingness to develop.
• Fluent in French and English; German is an advantage.
• Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.

Within Technology & Operations, Houston serves as the central point of contact between Front Office, Operations, Technology and our BPO clients.

As part of a highly visible transversal team, you will support operational excellence, coordinate stakeholders, resolve complex operational issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across Geneva, Luxembourg and Singapore.
