Job summary

Swissblock Technologies AG is seeking an operations professional to design and run the branch's operational foundations from day one. You will lead projects for new products, automate trade-flow workflows, and build dashboards while supporting daily post-trade operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role combines deep trade-lifecycle knowledge with data analytics, automation, and cross-functional collaboration across external providers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an operations team supporting significant trading flow, including automated trading.
• 3+ years OTC derivatives operations experience, including trade capture, settlement and reconciliations.
• Solid understanding of OTC derivatives products and their end-to-end workflows.
• Familiarity with CFD and cash equity corporate actions workflows.
• Proven experience delivering operations projects (system implementations, process redesigns, vendor onboarding).

Responsibilities

• Build and manage operational foundations for a new branch, including target operating model and documentation.
• Lead end-to-end operations projects for new product launches and market expansions.
• Develop automated workflows for trade-flow monitoring and reconciliations; build reconciliation tools.
• Analyse large datasets; create reports, dashboards and alerting for risk and regulatory needs.
• Support day-to-day operations: trade queries, bookings, confirmations, settlements and actions.
