The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of trading experience with a strong client-facing mindset. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of trading experience, ideally on a flow or block trading desk.
• Traditional finance or non-crypto trading backgrounds welcome; crypto trading experience is a strong plus.
• Demonstrable track record of handling large notional trades with sound risk management.
• Intermediate Python skills — comfortable with data analysis, scripting, and trade tooling.
• Trustworthy, reliable, and able to exercise independent judgment under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor markets and maintain awareness of macro and crypto-specific developments affecting trading.
