Zusammenfassung

Crypto Finance AG is seeking an Application Manager – Trading to keep our trading platforms stable, available, and improving. You will be the second-line owner for production incidents, coordinate releases, and onboard new institutional clients.

You will work at the intersection of technology, trading, and stakeholder service, ensuring platform reliability, fast resolutions, and strong collaboration with engineering, operations, and sales teams in Zurich.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years operating or managing production-grade trading or financial technology platforms within financial services.
• Proven experience in production incident management and root cause analysis.
• Experience coordinating releases and change management across technical and vendor teams.
• Strong understanding of API-based integrations and system connectivity (FIX, REST, WebSocket).
• Working knowledge of trading systems and order management workflows.
• Proficiency with ticketing and backlog management tools (Jira preferred).
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks relevant to financial markets (e.g. DORA).

Aufgaben

• Own the day-to-day running of Crypto Finance’s trading applications, ensuring availability, stability, and performance in production.
• Act as the second-line owner for production incidents, handling triage and resolution with engineering as needed.
• Plan and coordinate platform releases with the Cloud team, engineering, and delivery partners.
• Support institutional clients through platform integration and troubleshooting.
• Configure and maintain platform and application settings to meet business and client requirements.
• Open, track, and manage tickets for production issues and improvements, prioritizing the backlog.
• Evaluate platform performance and drive improvements to reliability, speed, and scalability.
• Support the Product Manager on ongoing initiatives and ensure upgrades are delivered on time.
