Qualifikationen

• 5-8 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Enterprise Software Pre-Sales.
• Experience supporting enterprise software sales within banking, financial services, fintech, or technology infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software architecture, APIs, integration patterns, cloud technologies, and modern deployment models.
• Experience designing end-to-end enterprise solutions for complex customer environments.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills for business and technical audiences.
• Experience delivering customer workshops, technical demonstrations, and executive presentations.
• Experience supporting RFPs, RFIs, technical proposals, and solution validation.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Engineering, Consulting, and Delivery.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple engagements and deliver high-quality customer experiences.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Enterprise Sales to support strategic opportunities across financial institutions.
• Lead technical discovery workshops to understand business, regulatory, and technical requirements.
• Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and engineers.
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution walkthroughs.
• Support PoCs, solution validation activities, and technical evaluations.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor throughout the sales process.
• Design end-to-end solution architectures leveraging Blockstream's enterprise software products.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions and deployment models.
• Define integration approaches and technical dependencies.
• Collaborate to identify implementation risks and best practices.
• Lead or contribute to responses for RFPs, RFIs, and security assessments.
• Help package products into repeatable enterprise offerings and demos.
