Zusammenfassung

Zurich Canada is seeking an Operations Intern to support the Resilience Solutions Operations team with data analysis, reporting, and process documentation. The 6‑month internship offers part-time (minimum 22.5 hours/week) or full-time (37.5 hours/week) options, with a hybrid in-person requirement of three days per week.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in a university or college program and will be enrolled in the upcoming semester.

Aufgaben

• Support the Zurich Resilience Solutions Operations team with day-to-day operational activities and business initiatives.
• Assist with data collection, validation, cleansing, analysis, and reporting using Excel, Power BI, and other business systems.
• Help maintain accurate customer, policy, service request, and assignment information in GREW and related systems.
• Monitor shared inbox requests, gather missing information, coordinate follow-ups, and direct requests to the appropriate team members.
• Assist with creating and updating service requests and assignments while following established naming, billing, and data-quality requirements.
• Support recurring and ad hoc analyses, including revenue, lead-time, utilization, service delivery, and data-quality reporting.
• Collaborate with Operations, Risk Engineering, Underwriting, Climate, and other internal stakeholders to complete requests and support business priorities.
