SOPHiA GENETICS in Rolle, Switzerland, is seeking a Junior Customer Services Specialist Intern to join the Customer Services Department for a six-month internship, supporting transformation of Commercial Support Operations.

You will help improve Opportunity-to-Order, enhance CRM data reliability with KPI tracking, and create process maps and knowledge resources while gaining exposure to Salesforce, Jira and AI tools.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing a degree in business or technical field.
• Interest in how people, processes, data and technology come together.
• Interest in AI tools and improving processes.
• Experience with Salesforce, Jira or Miro is a plus.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

• Support transformation initiatives across Commercial Support Operations.
• Improve Opportunity-to-Order process with action plans and KPIs.
• Help ensure CRM data reliability for reporting and AI readiness.
• Create and maintain process maps and knowledge articles.

• Explore AI tools to support operations.
