Qualifikationen

• Advanced hands-on experience developing complex Power BI solutions.
• Strong practical experience with Python, SQL, enterprise data platforms such as Databricks and REST APIs.
• Demonstrated daily proficiency with Claude Code or similar agent-assisted development environment.
• Experience translating compliance, risk or assurance requirements into data definitions, KPIs or KRIs.
• Proven ability to manage an analytical product through design, UAT, rollout and BAU.

Aufgaben

• Take end-to-end management of the Compliance Risk Universe Monitor and related Power BI dashboards from project scoping to production support.
• Design, enhance and maintain scalable Power BI data models, measures and visualisations across GRC data and regulatory information.
• Build secure data and reporting automation using Python, SQL, APIs and approved GenAI services with proper validation and logging.
• Coordinate development, testing, release and production processes with Technology, Security and data owners.
• Define indicators, thresholds and governance in collaboration with compliance subject-matter experts.
