CHANEL in Geneva is seeking a Cyber Security Intern to support the Swiss Markets RISO in daily cyber security activities and transformation across five pillars: Governance, Risk & Compliance; Response; Advisory; Resilience; and Transformation.

Based in Geneva, the intern will coordinate cyber security efforts for Switzerland and liaise with IT leaders and stakeholders in the countries under Swiss Markets responsibility, including Mexico, Panama, Brazil and India.

The Cyber Security Intern will assist the Swiss Markets RISO in daily cyber security activities and transformation initiatives across the five key pillars of the cyber security operating model: Governance, Risk & Compliance; Response; Advisory; Resilience; and Transformation.

Based in Geneva, the intern will support cyber security coordination for Switzerland and will also interact with IT leaders and stakeholders in the countries under Swiss Markets responsibility, including Mexico, Panama, Brazil and India.

Key Responsibilities

Governance, Risk & Compliance

• Support the follow-up of phishing simulation campaigns, including results tracking, remediation actions and awareness initiatives.

• Assist with security assessments, internal audits and evidence collection for compliance activities.

• Contribute to the preparation of dashboards, status reports and documentation related to cyber risk and compliance follow-up.

Response

• Assist with the daily monitoring, follow-up and remediation tracking of security alerts.

• Document investigation findings, remediation progress and escalation points in a clear and structured manner.

Advisory

• Support the RISO in providing cyber security guidance to IT teams and business stakeholders on local projects and operational topics.

• Help review security requirements, identify potential risks and contribute to pragmatic recommendations aligned with Group standards.

Resilience

• Follow up on vulnerability management activities across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Support penetration test follow-up, including action plan tracking, remediation coordination and reporting.

Transformation

• Assist the RISO in applying cyber security transformation and modernization projects defined by the Group.
• Contribute to coordination, documentation, reporting and follow-up of cyber initiatives across Swiss Markets and the countries in scope.

Profile :

• Student in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field
• Strong interest in cyber security, IT risk management and compliance topics
• Basic understanding of security alerts, vulnerabilities, cloud and on-premises infrastructure concepts
• Good analytical skills and ability to structure information, follow action plans and produce clear reporting
• Curious, rigorous, proactive and eager to learn in an international environment
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work with confidentiality, discretion and attention to detail
• Fluent in French and English. Spanish or Portuguese would be a plus

Job Information:

• Contract: Full-time internship (100%) and in-person
• Start date: January 4th, 2027
• Duration: 6 months
• Working days: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday
• Location: Geneva

An internship agreement is mandatory for this position and must meet the following conditions:
