Zurich Insurance Group invites applications for a Data Engineering & Visualization Intern at our Technology Delivery Center in Barcelona. This paid internship offers a hands-on chance to work on AI-assisted development, data projects, and visualization tasks in a global insurer setting.

Qualifikationen

• Active student status with a Spanish University/School is mandatory.
• Passionate about a tech career.
• Available for at least a 6-month part-time/internship program.
• Tech-savvy with a curious mind.
• Enthusiastic, capable, and eager to learn.
• A good team player with a responsible, can-do attitude.
• Familiarity or strong interest in AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar).
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python or SQL.
• Awareness of version control (Git) and collaborative development practices.
• Bonus: Exposure to cloud environments (Azure/AWS) or CI/CD workflows.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate on exciting projects, such as integrating AI capabilities (Claude Code) into development workflows.
• Develop and deploy innovative tech solutions, such as building a reusable AI asset with pre-configured tools, skills, and settings that makes AI adoption easier and more accessible.
• Ensure governance by aligning AI integrations with Zurich's internal standards and leveraging existing internal assets and frameworks across our projects and products.
• Work alongside experts in various technological domains.
• Enhance your skills with real-world experience.
