cc in Geneva offers a full-time internship in International Trade. You will use ERP to unlock all EDI blocks, process orders, and coordinate logistics flow to ensure smooth triangular operations with no customs blocks.

You will process daily flows into the ERP and communicate proactively with Divisions and Markets to avoid delays. Requirements include fluent English and Spanish/Portuguese at B1 level; advanced Excel and ERP exposure (SAP or AX) are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Must be enrolled in an International Trade program and pursuing a degree.
• Fluent English; Spanish/Portuguese at B1 level or higher is desirable.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas) and exposure to ERP systems.

• Use ERP as an expert to unlock all EDI block
• Processing Orders and coordinate logistics flow (triangular operations) without any customs block
• Process daily all flows into the ERP
• Communicate proactively with Divisions and Markets in order to avoid any delays in operations
• Process all orders and register them in the Export Department folder as per the organization
• Process into the FAP platform all freight invoices
• Use all platforms and intranet to get the right level of information
• Regularize all necessary transaction such as transfers, misdeliveries, manual invoicing on time

Job Conditions:

An internship agreement is mandatory for this position and must meet the following conditions:

• The internship must be part of your study program.
• The internship must be required for the completion of your degree.
• The internship must be validated by the award of academic credits.
