Qualifikationen

• Must be enrolled in an International Trade program and pursuing a degree.
• Fluent English; Spanish/Portuguese at B1 level or higher is desirable.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas) and exposure to ERP systems.

Aufgaben

• Use ERP to unlock EDI blocks and process orders.
• Coordinate logistics flow and ensure triangular operations without customs issues.
• Process daily flows into the ERP system.
• Communicate with Divisions and Markets to avoid delays.
• Register orders in the Export Department folder as per procedures.
• Process freight invoices on the FAP platform.
• Utilize all platforms and intranet to obtain information.
• Regularize transfers, misdeliveries, and manual invoicing on time.
