Kanadevia Inova in Switzerland seeks a Manager Process Engineering to lead the plant treatment and technology department. You will guide a multidisciplinary engineering team, drive project execution, and ensure delivery within budget and quality standards.

The role requires several years in plant engineering, strong leadership, and the ability to manage stakeholders. English communication is essential; the position offers an international, innovative environment with strong development

Qualifications

• Several years of engineering experience with strong plant engineering and project execution.
• Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing diverse functions.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to evaluate complex operational scenarios and apply advanced problem-solving methods.
• Extensive knowledge of engineering, manufacturing, assembly, commissioning, suppliers and markets.
• Strong business acumen with high cost awareness across the value chain.
• Excellent English communication, high autonomy and prioritization ability.

Responsabilités

• Be a member of the unit management team and deputy for related functional areas.
• Define and implement departmental strategy and represent the engineering function externally.
• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team with training and resource optimization.
• Support project execution and tendering activities with active team participation.
• Ensure timely delivery of engineering systems, components, and project deliverables within budget and quality standards.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and resource allocation with corrective actions when required.
• Drive employee development through hiring, coaching, mentoring and career planning.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, business processes, standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
