Responsibilities

• Proper detailed management of food and its temperature for storage.
• Inventory management and placing orders accordingly.
• Preparation of fresh sauces for recipes.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the cooking area.
• Experience in open kitchen environments and maintaining restaurant freshness.
• Prepare fresh dry spices accordingly.
• Handle online platforms and orders (UberEats, etc.).
• Prepare backups of everything as per demand.
