Sushi Shop Suisse is seeking a restaurant operations manager in Zürich to coordinate staff across front desk, kitchen, and delivery. You will train new employees, oversee sales and staffing needs, and conduct interviews with a focus on excellent customer service.

The role requires 3+ years in the restaurant industry and at least 1 year of management experience, with strong German and English skills; French is a plus.

• Ensure training and onboarding of new employees
• Monitor sales and staffing needs

• Oversee technical, logistical, customer-related, and employee-related aspects
• Organize, coordinate, supervise, and support restaurant teams
• Train new employees
• Master guidelines for sales, hygiene, and delivery
• Handle store opening/closing routines
• Close out the day
• Create and process daily/weekly orders from vendors/suppliers
• Open and close cash registers
