Zusammenfassung

Hoshii is hiring a Forward-Deployed Software Engineer to serve as the technical face of the company at customer sites in the DACH region. You will map customer workflows, build rapid PoCs, and deploy integrated AI-enabled solutions that run in production.

You will join a founding team shaping the roadmap, work across ERP/CRM integrations, and own deployments from first concept to live operation. English and German language skills are essential, with travel to customer sites expected.

Qualifikationen

• Strong fullstack coding across frontend, backend, and infra with production experience.
• Proven work on GenAI PoCs end-to-end; prototyping to production.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM integrations and data pipelines.
• Excellent communication in English; German (C1+) is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated ownership: own deployments from build to run in production.

Aufgaben

• Run on-site discovery with customers to map order-to-cash workflows.
• Build and demo proofs of concept quickly with customer stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end deployment and integration with ERP/CRM systems.
• Follow the you build it, you run it principle and own operational success.
• Provide feedback to product roadmap based on real workflows.
• Collaborate with channel partners to ensure reliable integrations.
• Write clean, tested code and actively contribute to production systems.
