Zusammenfassung

Hoshii is seeking a Forward-Deployed AI Engineer to be the technical face of the company, leading on-site customer engagements, rapid PoC development, and production deployment of AI-powered workflows. You will own end-to-end delivery from discovery to live production and ongoing accountability, shaping the product roadmap with real-world insight.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience building and running GenAI PoCs end-to-end.
• Solid understanding of systems and how they integrate (APIs, data pipelines, microservices, event-driven architectures).
• A pragmatic 80/20 instinct: you ship the 20% that unblocks the customer’s real problem.
• Experience working directly with customers: PoCs, technical scoping, on-site deployments, or similar consulting/pre-sales-adjacent engineering background.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is a strong plus.
• Genuinely product-minded: you shape the roadmap, not just execute it.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German (C1+); Swiss German is a strong plus.

Aufgaben

• Run on-site and remote discovery directly with customers: map order-to-cash workflows and translate into technical scope.
• Build and demo working proofs of concept fast, iterating with customer stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end deployment: integrate Hoshii’s agents with ERP/CRM systems and go live in production.
• Follow the you build it, you run it principle: stay accountable, monitor production, and respond to issues.
• Feed field learnings back into the product roadmap to shape future developments.
• Work closely with channel partners to keep integrations reliable across customers.
• Write clean, tested, maintainable code; you’re building, not just configuring.
