Zusammenfassung

Hoshii is seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer to own the web application that customers and their teams use daily. You will work across the stack, from frontend React/TypeScript to backend APIs in Python or Go, delivering features end-to-end.

You will collaborate with product and customers to translate needs into tangible improvements, write clean, tested code, and help shape the roadmap as part of the founding engineering team in Zurich.

Qualifikationen

• Experience building production web applications in React and TypeScript.
• Strong frontend craft: state management, component architecture, performance.
• Able to build or extend backend APIs in Python or Go when needed.
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and databases.
• Plus: Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems.

Aufgaben

• Own the web application end to end: architecture, performance, and daily user experience.
• Design and ship features that make AI output fast, trustworthy, and easy to act on for non-technical users.
• Work closely with product and customers to turn needs into shipped features, contributing to scoping and implementation.
• Build and maintain the backend services and APIs your frontend work depends on, staying fluent across the stack.
• Collaborate directly with product and customers to identify platform needs and translate them into UI/UX and product decisions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production issues across the stack, and promptly resolve disruptions that impact customers.
• Write clean, tested, maintainable code and documentation.
