Zusammenfassung

Hoshii is seeking a Product Lead in Zürich to turn our B2B inbox product into a fully self-service experience. You will own onboarding, activation, and paid upgrades, translating sales and support workflows into seamless product logic.

You will work closely with engineers to implement flows, guides, and microcopy that deliver value with minimal training. You will lead with data, shape the roadmap, and partner with founders to accelerate growth, leveraging AI daily.

Qualifikationen

• +3 years of product experience, having owned a product or a major surface from first idea to launch.
• You design yourself in Figma or similar, well enough that engineers build straight from it (please attach a portfolio if you have any).
• Real taste. You know the difference between something that works and something that feels right, and you insist on the second.
• You work from numbers and pull your own analysis rather than waiting for a report
• Fluent in German and English. Our users work in German, we run internally in English
• You use AI daily in your own work and have a considered view on what makes AI products good

Aufgaben

• Own the self-service path end to end, from signup through activation to paid upgrade
• Build onboarding, empty states, and in-product suggestions so users get value without being trained
• Design the flows, screens, and microcopy yourself; quality engineering can build from directly
• Translate what sales and customer success do by hand today into product logic
• Talk to order desks and operations leads every week, and watch them work
• Own the core metrics: activation, time to first value, depth of usage, retention, conversion
• Set the roadmap and the release cadence, and ship reliably with engineering
