Zusammenfassung

Hoshii is seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer to own the web application that customers and their teams use daily. You will work across the stack, from frontend React/TypeScript to backend APIs in Python or Go, delivering features end-to-end.

You will collaborate with product and customers to translate needs into tangible improvements, write clean, tested code, and help shape the roadmap as part of the founding engineering team in Zurich.

Qualifikationen

What We Do

The inbox was never built to run a business. Orders get missed, RFQs go cold, and every line gets retyped into the ERP by hand: one email, one PDF, one WhatsApp message at a time. We built AI Coworkers that do most of the repetitive work nobody wants to do instead: they read what comes in, sort it, draft linked actions, and post clean entries straight into the customer's systems of record. The team approves; Hoshii does the rest.

Our Blind Spot

We are currently growing faster than our infrastructure can follow, running around with duct tape to make our systems reliable while relentlessly shipping new features as well. We are looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer who will own the web application that our customers and their teams live in every day, the inbox where humans and agents work together . You will be an integral part of our engineering team and will ensure every single feature moves the needle. You will join the founding team of talented engineers hailing from ETH & EPFL (among others) and personally contribute to taking Hoshii to its 10x growth stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Own our web application (React, TypeScript) end to end: architecture, performance, and the day-to-day experience of the people using Hoshii as their daily workspace.
• Design and ship features that make non-deterministic AI output feel fast, trustworthy, and easy to act on for a non-technical user.
• Work closely with engineering and product to turn customer needs into shipped features, contributing to both scoping and implementation.
• Build and maintain the backend services and APIs your frontend work depends on, staying fluent across the stack.
• Collaborate directly with product and customers to identify platform needs and challenges, and translate them into effective UI/UX and product decisions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production issues across the stack, and promptly resolve business-critical disruptions that impact our customers.
• Write clean, tested, maintainable code and documentation.

Your Profile

We are looking for team players with a growth mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit:

• Strong coding and debugging skills, with proven experience building and maintaining production web applications in React and TypeScript.
• Genuine care for frontend craft: state management, component architecture, performance, and building interfaces that make complex work ridiculously easier and intuitive.
• Comfortable working across the stack: able to build or extend backend APIs (Python, Go, or similar) when a feature calls for it.
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and databases.
• Plus: Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems.
