Zusammenfassung

Swisslinx is seeking an IT/OT Support Administrator to provide Level 2/3 desktop and infrastructure support at a chemical manufacturing site. You will coordinate with global IT teams and support IT/OT projects, with on-site work in Geneva.

Responsibilities include end-user support, incident handling, and documentation, plus collaboration with process control, maintenance, and operations teams. English fluency is required; French is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• CCNA/Cisco certified networking knowledge required.
• 5+ years IT industry experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong Windows knowledge: Windows 10 and Windows Server 2017/2019/2022.
• Solid networking skills: TCP/IP, routing, switching.
• Mobile Device Management experience (iOS).
• Printer/copier management experience (HP/Xerox/Zebra).
• Project coordination or management experience.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Resolve Level 2/3 incidents and service requests within SLA.
• Provision and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Manage network printers and conferencing equipment.
• Pilot Windows OS image deployments, updates, patches.
• Coordinate IT service outages with stakeholders.
• Escalate incidents per incident response procedures.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge base.
• Support IT-OT projects (Compute, IT-OT Infra, DCS, Applications).
• Assist with IT/OT projects and system upgrades.
• Coordinate with IT and Security teams on architecture diagrams.
