Zusammenfassung

Accelleron seeks a Local Hosting Service Owner to lead reliable, secure and cost-efficient on-prem hosting across Swiss sites. You will own end-to-end hosting environments, including servers, virtualization, storage and HPC, coordinating with factory IT, global IT and cybersecurity teams.

You will drive governance, risk, continuity and lifecycle improvements while contributing to infrastructure projects and site expansion. Strong German and English skills required; SAP knowledge beneficial.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or comparable technical field.

Aufgaben

• Own and improve local hosting services (servers, virtualization, storage, HPC, data center).
• Ensure SLA-driven, secure, resilient operations for factory environments.
• Act as technical authority for hosting platforms, capacity planning, standards and governance.
• Manage incidents, root-cause analysis, escalations, and operational risk.
• Ensure security, compliance, backup, DR and business continuity.
• Interface between local operations, global IT and service providers.
• Define lifecycle and modernization roadmaps for hosting services.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate budgets, purchasing, vendor governance and reviews.
• Lead/build hosting-related projects from design to handover.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Drive automation, standardization and operational excellence across hosting.
