Zusammenfassung

Accelleron is seeking a Local Hosting Service Owner (m/f/d) to oversee on-prem hosting, virtualization, storage, HPC, and data center infrastructure across Swiss sites. You will coordinate with factory IT, global Infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams to ensure secure, cost-efficient, and SLA-driven operations.

You’ll contribute to lifecycle planning, governance, and project delivery while driving automation and standardization in a manufacturing and engineering setting.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or engineering.
• Strong expertise in on-prem hosting, virtualization, storage, and data center tech.
• Experience as a Service Owner or managing infra services with SLAs and KPIs.
• Understanding of cybersecurity, risk management, DR/BC.
• Experience in IT service operations and incident management; ITSM knowledge is a plus.
• Budget planning, cost management, and enterprise procurement; SAP knowledge beneficial.
• Experience in manufacturing/engineering environments; stakeholder management.
• Fluent German and good English (minimum B2).

Aufgaben

• Own and improve local hosting services across Swiss locations.
• Ensure SLA-driven operations for critical factory/engineering environments.
• Act as technical authority for hosting platforms and governance.
• Manage incidents, root-cause analyses and escalations.
• Maintain lifecycle, capacity, refresh and modernization roadmaps.
• Coordinate budgeting, purchasing, and vendor governance.
• Lead hosting-related projects from design to handover.
• Drive automation and standardisation across hosting landscape.
