The Perfect Candidate is sought for a front desk role at a Zürich hotel managed by Vertiq Hospitality Partners B.V. The position requires English and German language skills, user knowledge of Emma PMS, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to standards; anticipate and address service needs.
• Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing keys.
• Process all payments including room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
• Process all check-outs and resolve late or disputed charges.
• Answer, record, and process guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Provide directions and information regarding local areas of interest.
• Run daily reports on arrivals/departures and note any special requests.
• Complete cashier and closing reports; balance and drop receipts per accounting specs.
• Organize end-of-date tasks to enable the night audit.

The Zurich hotel has beenrebranded as of May 2023 to Radisson Hotel and SuitesZurich and is managed by Vertiq Hospitality.

The hotel offers 343 appartments and 104 hotel rooms, which is a great mix for long business stays or short city trips to the city of Zurich. The location of the hotel is in between the city centre (15 minutes) and Zurich international airport (10 Minutes). Our guests are able to enjoy the fitness area, Italian restaurant LUIGIA, the inner courtyard, two bars and a rooftop terrace.

The Perfect Candidate has:

• Preferred knowledge about Radisson and ideally with the Emma PMS system
• Enthusiasm & a true team player
• Service oriented
• A valid residence and working permit for Switzerlandis required
• English and German speaking
• Willing toworknight shifts, including weekends & festive days

The main Responsibilities include:

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key.
• Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
• Process all check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges.
• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Supply guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest.
• Run daily reports (number of arrivals, departures), identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy.
• Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system. Count bank at the beginning and end of shift. Balance and drop receipts according to accounting specifications.
• Organizing all end of date tasks to be able to run the night audit.
