  • Self-motivated team player with eagerness to learn and tackle new challenges.
  • Proficient English speaker.
  • Nice to have: basic knowledge of BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).

Responsibilities

  • Work from a central team and closely with a commercial team to identify opportunities related to route to market, margins, pricing, and in-store excellence.
  • Identify business opportunities to support revenue growth and/or margin improvement through in-depth analysis and discussions with commercial teams.
  • Develop business solutions and assess feasibility with business cases and ROI calculations.
  • Create a commercial plan with market teams and set up monitoring to adjust initiatives post-implementation.

Who We’re Looking For
  • 4th-5th year students or University graduate with educational background in Engineering/Finance/Economics.
  • Experience (internships and on-study projects included) in management consulting, retail, strategy, business impact assessment
  • An analytical problem-solver, brave to challenge the ‘status quo’.
  • A candidate with high-level of analytical thinking, ability to tackle problems in a fast-paced environment, able to read data quickly and draw out-of-box conclusions from them in an unbiased way.
  • Self-motivated team player, keen on learning and facing new challenges.
  • Proficient English speaker.
  • Nice to have: any basic knowledge of BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
Roles & Objectives
  • You will work from a central team and closely with a commercial team in a market to identify and develop commercial opportunities related to route to market, retailer or wholesaler trade margins, pricing, in-store commercial excellence.
  • You will identify potential business opportunities to support revenue growth and/or increased margins through in-depth analysis and conversations with commercial teams.
  • You will need to devise and develop business solutions to address the identified opportunities; you will assess the feasibility of the proposals through the creation of business cases and ROI calculations. You will adjust your proposals so that you have an economically optimal solutions that are at the same time practically implementable by the business team.
  • Together with the market team you will create a commercial plan to prioritize and deploy all the agreed initiatives, and you will set up a comprehensive monitoring system that will help the market to adjust the initiatives once implemented.
