Philip Morris International is seeking a Process Lead in Neuchâtel to drive Manufacturing, Production Planning & Control and solve real production challenges. You will optimize resource use, set production standards and ensure daily targets are met.

You will analyze performance, implement data-driven improvements, and coach the team on structured problem solving while collaborating with cross-functional partners to adapt to changes in schedule and capacity needs.
