Job summary

Guess Europe Sagl in Bioggio is seeking an experienced North America Jewellery Operations Support to act as a key link between the HQ Jewellery team in Bioggio and North American local teams, ensuring accurate product set-up, order and shipment coordination across full-price stores, outlets and e-commerce.

The role involves data maintenance, master data updates, and collaboration with Purchasing and Logistics, requiring 2–4 years in a similar role and excellent English.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a similar operational role.
• University degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory; any other European language is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with AS400, Stealth and BI systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute operational activities related to North America jewellery orders, allocations and shipments in line with business calendars and priorities.
• Ensure accurate product and style set-up, data maintenance and updates across relevant company systems.
• Coordinate with HQ functions, North American teams, and logistics partners to ensure timely execution and resolution of issues.
• Monitor shipment status and delivery information, following-up delays, shortages or discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain reports and analysis related to SKUs, orders, shipments, allocations and retail needs.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate recurring operational activities and improve data quality and process efficiency.
