The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of retail experience, is fluent in English and French, proficient with MS Office, and enjoys working in a collaborative team to maintain impeccable standards and processes in daily boutique activities.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years of experience in retail in a similar position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluent in English and French; Italian is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Inventory Management: stock replenishment, novelties, track stock levels, place POs, coordinate with store team and head office.
• Receive, inspect, and verify merchandise against orders; report discrepancies or damaged products to Boutique Managers.
• Oversee stock levels, coordinate deliveries, and monitor inventory; classify, tag, and organize stock; conduct monthly counts.
• Financial Operations: reconcile daily sales documents, invoices, and cashier operations; manage tax receipts and statements; ensure compliance with policies.
• Store Operations Support: assist with budget tracking, expense management, and preparation of financial reports; manage daily operations and reporting; ensure health, safety standards and store security.

Today, the Buccellati jewels stand out for their design and for the techniques used to create them, such as the hand-engraving technique, dating back to the ancient goldsmithing traditions of the Italian “bottega” during the Renaissance times.

Your Responsibilities

Inventory Management

• Responsible for stock replenishment and novelties

• Track stock levels, place purchase orders (POs), and coordinate with the store team and head office for stock replenishment and transfers

• Receive, inspect, and verify merchandise against orders, ensuring accuracy and quality standards. Report any discrepancies or damaged products to the Boutique Managers.

• Oversee stock levels, coordinate deliveries, and monitor inventory

• accuracy.

• Classify, tag, and organize stock in accordance with store procedures for easy accessibility and replenishment.

• Conduct and assist with monthly inventory counts, reconciling discrepancies and ensuring records are up-to-date.

• Manage the handover and follow-up of maintenance goods, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.

• Support daily system operations related to stock management as per policy

Financial Operations

Reconcile daily sales documents, invoices, and cashier operations, ensuring compliance with company standards.

Maintain accurate records, handle correspondence, and ensure

compliance with company policies and procedures.

Manage tax receipts and statements, including monthly tax control system operations.

Oversee processes related to returns and replacements, ensuring accurate records and compliance.

Store Operations Support

• Assist with budget tracking, expense management, and preparation of

• financial reports.

• Manage daily operations, including scheduling, maintenance, and vendor

• coordination.

• Prepare sales, inventory, and operational reports for management review.

• Work closely with the Boutique Manager and staff to ensure operational

• needs are met.

• Ensure that health and safety standards, as well as company guidelines, are

• followed

• Monitor and manage inventory of store supplies (e.g., visual merchandising materials, stationery, packaging, guest refreshments). Ensure timely ordering and replenishment.

• Assist with VM display adjustments, monthly display reports, and inventory of props.

• Maintain store operation manuals and ensure adherence to company processes and standards.

• Provide occasional support during sales activities.

• Ensure high housekeeping standards and vigilance regarding security measures in the store.

Your Profile
