Zusammenfassung

Lombard Odier Group in Switzerland seeks a Microsoft 365 Collaboration Engineer to drive implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions across the organization.

You will design architectures, work with stakeholders, create documentation, and ensure high availability and adoption of collaboration tools, with 1+ year experience in a similar role and strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive and Power Platform.

Qualifikationen

  • Apprenticeship or degree in Computer Science, engineering, or relevant field.
  • 1+ year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive and the Power Platform.
  • Strong automation mindset with hands-on experience in PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and related technologies.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Entra ID & Active Directory.
  • Knowledge of Exchange Online is an advantage.
  • Relevant industry certifications are an advantage (e.g., Microsoft certifications, CompTIA A+, or equivalent).
  • Enjoy teamwork in an extended technical environment.
  • Ability to independently manage projects, technical tasks, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate

Aufgaben

  • Participate in and contribute to projects involving the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions.
  • Design and define software and technical architectures leveraging Microsoft 365 services.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments to foster effective communication and teamwork.
  • Create, maintain, and update project documentation and deliverables.
  • Ensure a high level of service availability, performance, and support for collaboration solutions.
  • Work closely with support teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to the collaboration platform while sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Develop user guides, training materials, and awareness sessions to maximize user adoption and effective utilization of collaboration tools.
  • Stay informed about Microsoft 365 developments, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing services and recommend innovative solutions to enhance collaboration, productivity, and user experience.

Your Profile
