Zusammenfassung

MERCURIA ENERGY TRADING SA seeks an Investment Analyst / Associate to support the Metals trading team in Geneva, Switzerland. You will build and review financial models, assess investment opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional workstreams with traders, risk, and finance to prepare materials for senior management.

The role requires 2–4 years in investment banking or PE, strong modelling skills, and fluency in Chinese and English.

Qualifikationen

2–4 years in investment banking, private equity or a similar investment-focused role.
Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
Experience in transaction execution, due diligence and preparing investment materials for senior stakeholders.
Fluency in Chinese and very good command of English.

Aufgaben

Support the review and assessment of investment opportunities within the metals and mining sector.
Build, maintain and review detailed financial models to evaluate investment cases, project returns, sensitivities and risks.
Partner with senior traders to analyse strategic and commercial opportunities.
Liaise with external counterparties, advisors and partners for due diligence.
Prepare investment memoranda, presentations and decision materials for senior management.
