Job summary

UBS in Zürich, Switzerland, is seeking a strong analytical thinker to join the Global Banking's Swiss Mid Market Investment Banking team. You will work on origination and execution of high-profile mandates within a deal team.

You'll build financial models, perform valuation analyses, and develop marketing materials while collaborating with stakeholders. The role requires 3-5 years in Investment Banking / M&A / Corporate Finance and fluency in English and German, with French as a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong financial analysis and presentation skills under tight timelines.
• Solid corporate finance knowledge including accounting and valuation techniques.
• Excellent academic track record and strong English and German communication; French a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in Investment Banking / M&A / Corporate Finance.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a deal team on the origination and execution of high-profile mandates.
• Coordinate transaction processes and interact with various stakeholders.
• Work on marketing materials and perform a broad range of analyses.
• Build and review financial models, valuation analyses, business plans, and other quantitative analyses.
• Contribute to the training and development of junior team members.
