Zusammenfassung

GE Vernova Gas Power in Birr, Switzerland, seeks a Process Improvement Specialist to own and evolve the digital manufacturing execution environment across Rotor, Generator and Hot Gas Path production.

You will design, implement and optimize digital workflows, bridging shopfloor operations with ERP/PLM systems and driving Lean improvements to enhance data quality and Right First-Time performance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline.
• Experience in manufacturing process improvement or industrial digitalization.
• Experience with MES and digital manufacturing workflows.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality requirements.
• Experience with ERP/PLM systems in manufacturing.
• Experience developing digital workflows and process automation.
• Strong analytical and structured working approach.

Aufgaben

• Own the operation, development and optimization of the digital manufacturing execution environment across multiple production areas.
• Transition projects to stable, standardized digital operations.
• Expand and optimize digital production and quality workflows as processes evolve.
• Maintain interfaces between MES and ERP/PLM systems.
• Establish standards for digital production documentation and approvals.
• Monitor system adoption and data quality, drive Lean improvements.
• Serve as long-term interface between Production, Quality, Engineering and IT.
• Drive future digitalization initiatives and expand to more areas.
