Zusammenfassung

GE Vernova Gas Power is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist – Digital Manufacturing Execution System in Birr to lead the long‑term development and governance of our MES and digital workflows across Rotor, Generator and Hot Gas Path production. You will design, implement and optimize workflows, ensure ERP/PLM interfaces, and drive Lean improvements to raise data quality and Right First‑Time performance.

Fluent English and German are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in engineering or technical discipline.
• Professional manufacturing process improvement experience.
• Practical experience with MES, workflows, or manufacturing documentation.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, quality requirements and digital traceability.
• Experience with AS‑IS/TO‑BE analyses and structured problem solving.
• Experience with ERP/PLM in manufacturing environments.
• Experience developing digital workflows, reporting or process automation.

Aufgaben

• Own the long‑term operation and optimization of the MES across production areas.
• Transition from project‑based to stable, standardized digital operations.
• Expand and optimize digital production and quality workflows.
• Maintain interfaces between MES and ERP/PLM systems.
• Establish standards for digital documentation and approvals.
• Monitor adoption, performance and data quality; drive Lean improvements.
• Provide training and change management for users.
• Drive future digitalization initiatives across production and repair areas.
