Zusammenfassung

GE Vernova in Birr is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist – Digital Manufacturing Execution System to own and enhance the digital manufacturing environment across Rotor, Generator and Hot Gas Path production. You will design, implement and optimize MES workflows, ensuring tight integration with ERP/PLM and driving data quality and Right First-Time performance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering or equivalent.
• Professional experience in manufacturing process improvement and digitalization.
• Experience with MES, workflow solutions or production documentation.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, quality requirements and digital traceability.
• Experience with ERP/PLM in manufacturing and digital workflow development.

Aufgaben

• Own long-term operation and optimization of the digital manufacturing execution environment.
• Transition from project-based to stable, standardized digital operations.
• Expand and optimize digital workflows as processes evolve.
• Maintain interfaces between MES and ERP/PLM systems.
• Set and enforce standards for digital production documentation and data quality.
• Monitor adoption and data quality; drive Lean improvements to reduce workload.
• Serve as interface among Production, Quality, Engineering and IT; provide training.
• Drive future digitalization initiatives across production and repair areas.
