Qualifikationen

• Swiss HF Technikerschule (HF) in mechanical or industrial engineering, or a Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience in industrial manufacturing, ideally in machining of large or complex components
• Experience with SAP, TDM and PLM or similar production-related systems
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documents

Aufgaben

• Create and maintain manufacturing processes and operation routes for the machining of generator rotors, steam shafts and gas shafts
• Build and manage master data for production and ensure all relevant departments are correctly set up and informed
• Prepare technical and commercial contract reviews in support of new plant and service projects
• Participate in engineering meetings and contribute manufacturing expertise across the project lifecycle
• Drive the continuous improvement of existing production processes in terms of quality, efficiency and cost
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, AVOR, programming and quality on all process-related topics
