Johnson & Johnson is seeking a MedTech Supply Chain Business Adoption Lead to drive organizational change across a global SAP S/4HANA transformation. You will partner with value streams, regional deployment teams, and People and Culture to design governance, readiness, and sustainment strategies that enable adoption of new processes and technology.

Formación

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required; MBA preferred.
• Significant experience leading organizational change for large-scale transformation.
• Expertise in change management, readiness and training.
• Experience advising senior leaders and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Govern and deliver the programme change management strategy, roadmap and standards.
• Lead and coordinate the Business Adoption team across change impacts and trainings.
• Establish integrated governance, tools and templates for deployment.
• Maintain a programme-level view of adoption risks and readiness.
• Advise leadership on pace, milestones and mitigation.
• Partner with diverse teams to ensure aligned delivery.
• Oversee training strategy, curriculum, scheduling and logistics.
• Direct communications and engagement activities for change networks.
• Coordinate readiness assessments and executive readouts.
