Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Global Template Owner for Quality Management in a Hybrid role across multiple locations. This position will drive the consolidation of Clinical/R&D Quality processes, aligning with the Transcend initiative and the SAP S/4HANA strategy.

You will lead standardized workflows, govern global decisions, and mentor teams worldwide. The role requires 10+ years in relevant fields, strong leadership, and ERP experience, with travel up to 30% and a focus on regulatory

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in Quality/ERP environments.
Experience with large-scale ERP replacements and global standardization is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead consolidation of Clinical/R&D Quality processes into Global Template.
Drive standardization and harmonization across markets and regions.
Support global template design with a focus on data integrity and regulatory compliance.
Develop and document future-state processes and validation strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable SAP S/4HANA adoption.
Guide training design and change management activities for global rollout.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge center content and process documentation.
