This hybrid role partners with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality and regulatory requirements, while driving operational efficiency and business growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field
• Master’s degree preferred
• 5–8 years of experience in engineering project management or a related engineering role
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects in manufacturing, medical device, or regulated environment
• Strong project planning, scheduling, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Solid understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and quality systems
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences preferred
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies
• Experience supporting capital projects, equipment implementation, or process improvements
• Knowledge of regulatory and quality requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO)
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools
• Language: English required
• Travel: Up to 15% domestic travel
• Certifications: PMP or similar certification preferred

Aufgaben

• Lead engineering projects from initiation through completion, including scoping, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and external partners
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports for stakeholders
• Identify project risks and issues, implement mitigation plans, and elevate when appropriate
• Ensure projects comply with quality systems, regulatory requirements, and internal standards
• Manage change control processes and align with project objectives
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and capture lessons learned
• Track project performance metrics and drive on-time delivery
