Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in natural sciences or engineering; master’s preferred.
• 4+ years pharma, with at least 2 in parenteral manufacturing or development.
• Experience introducing parenteral products into manufacturing sites.
• Knowledge of late-stage development and site unit operations.
• Strong planning and logistics for drug product deliverables.
• Proficiency with SAP or PAS-X.
• Excellent communication; ability to influence at all levels.

Aufgaben

• Serve as core team member in tech transfer for new products.
• Prepare and execute engineering runs, batches, and validation with ops.
• Lead improvement projects to boost robustness and compliance.
• Manage change controls and document updates.
• Train shop floor and leadership on project content.
• Support audits and inspections as subject matter expert.
• Collaborate with production and partners for aligned implementation.
• Ensure GMP, EHS and SOX compliance.
