The role focuses on drug product filling processes, with responsibilities including audits, regulatory filings support, and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in natural sciences or engineering is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including parenteral manufacturing or development.
• Experience introducing parenteral products into manufacturing sites with biotechnological or chemical APIs.

Aufgaben

• Act as a core team member in technology transfer projects for new product commercialization.
• Prepare and execute engineering runs, clinical batches, and validation batches with Operations, Engineering, and MSAT.
• Lead and support projects to strengthen process robustness, compliance, and operational performance.
• Manage change controls, recipes, and document updates for assigned projects.
• Train shop floor and leadership teams on project content and changes.
• Serve as subject matter expert in audits and inspections.
• Collaborate with Production and partners to ensure aligned implementation.
• Follow GMP, EHS, and SOX guidelines.
