Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent Technical Degree required.
• Basic knowledge of packaging materials and packaging technologies for medical devices.
• Technical writing skills are preferred.
• Knowledge of design and manufacturing FMEA preferred.
• Polymer knowledge preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develops packaging for medical devices with mentor oversight.
• Enhances and validates package components and packaging processes.
• Develops package testing plans and interprets results for various projects.
• Participates in process improvement, cost improvement, quality improvement, change control or task teams.
• Participates in decisions involving equipment, package design, cost saving and source reduction.
• Builds technical competencies in packaging materials and processes used in all manufacturing processes.
• Participates in risk assessment and compliance programs.
• Deliver robust, cost-effective, compliant packaging solutions that meet customer needs.
