Qualifikationen

• Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• HF/FH qualification preferred.
• Min 3 years in manufacturing or process engineering.
• Experience in Medical Devices preferred; pharma/watchmaking valued.
• Familiar with quality management systems and risk assessment.

Aufgaben

• Drive continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to boost quality and efficiency.
• Lead implementation and optimization of new and existing production processes and automation.
• Analyze deviations, perform root-cause analyses, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production teams to enhance process stability and yields.
• Document processes, validation, and ITQ records for compliance.
• Promote safety, quality, and operational excellence across manufacturing.
