Johnson & Johnson is looking for a Manager in Process & Personnel Qualification Management to drive compliance and quality excellence in the pharmaceutical industry from Zug, Switzerland. You will lead process improvement projects and advance a data-centric qualification management system.

You will collaborate with Global Development, manage timelines, risks, and deliverables, and support digital transformation. A strong background in GMP/GxP and training design is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business required; Masters preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years in a medium to large-scale matrix organization with pharma/device compliance.
• Communication: fluent English; clear written and spoken communication.
• Regulatory: knowledge of global (pre)clinical safety and pharmacovigilance compliance.
• Project: proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Analytical: strong attention to detail and data-driven thinking.
• Leadership: track record in leading and networking across functions.

Aufgaben

• Lead process and training related projects including development, mapping and training/qualification delivery.
• Serve as a quality partner for Global Development; facilitate collaboration among partners, quality groups and governance.
• Ensure the GxP Quality Framework adapts to regulatory changes proactively.
• Manage tasks, timelines, risks, and provide updates to management and owners.
• Support the digital transformation roadmap toward a data-centric qualification system.
• May support or lead additional projects, audits, and inspections as directed.
