Intuitive is seeking a Genesis I&A Consultant to provide onsite and remote consulting, education, and implementation support for da Vinci and Ion programs across hospital settings. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent biomedical/technical training.
• 5+ years in healthcare/hospital management.
• National Certification preferred.
• Regulatory knowledge: ISO and MDR standards for reprocessing of reusable devices.
• Experience with complex medical devices and strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote consulting and education to implement best practices.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership and cross-functional teams to support da Vinci and Ion programs.
• Ensure programs launch, optimize, and sustain clinical workflows and cost containment.
• Travel up to 70% to customer sites.
