Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Genesis I&A Consultant to deliver onsite and remote consulting and education to implement and sustain best practice Intuitive medical technology, instruments, and accessories. You will collaborate with hospital leaders and ecosystem partners to ensure successful da Vinci and Ion deployments, standardization, and staff training.

The role requires up to 70% travel and fluency in English, German, and French, with a minimum 24 months in role for internal progression.

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. degree preferred or equivalent biomedical training, Life Science, or technical equivalent
• 5+ years of documented professional experience in healthcare/hospital management
• National Certification preferred according to regional requirements
• Detailed knowledge of regulations, standards, and guidance in reprocessing of reusable medical devices (ISO, MDR etc.)
• Experience with complex medical devices and strong mechanical aptitude

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote consulting and educational initiatives to implement and maintain Intuitive medical technology/instrument and accessories best practice solutions
• Collaborate with hospital stakeholders and Intuitive Ecosystem partners to ensure successful da Vinci and Ion programs
• Support staff training, standardization, efficiency, and cost containment
