Job summary

Intuitive is seeking an I&A Consultant fluent in German, French and English to deliver onsite and remote consulting for da Vinci and Ion programs. You will implement best-practice solutions, train staff, and coordinate with hospital leadership and internal teams to sustain successful technology adoption.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare management, strong regulatory knowledge, and willingness to travel up to 70% in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. degree or equivalent biomedical training.
• 5+ years of documented professional experience in healthcare/hospital management.
• Knowledge of regulations, standards, and guidance in reprocessing of reusable medical devices (ISO, MDR).
• Experience with complex medical devices and strong mechanical aptitude.
• Fluent in English, German and French.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote consulting to implement and maintain Intuitive medical technology and best-practice solutions.
• Educate customers through educational initiatives and standardized training.
• Collaborate with hospital stakeholders and Intuitive ecosystem partners to ensure successful program launches.
