Novartis AG is seeking a Medical Advisor to operationalize the medical strategy into education, publications, and congress activities. You will translate global medical plans into local execution and act as a scientific ambassador across internal and external stakeholders.

The role focuses on scientific engagement, insight generation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support lifecycle management and patient-centric outcomes.

Qualifications

• MD, PharmD, PhD or equivalent advanced scientific degree required.
• 2-3+ years in medical/clinical roles preferred with medical affairs exposure.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and external engagement.
• Strong ability to translate global medical strategies into local execution.

Responsabilités

• Design and execute medical education initiatives and congress activities.
• Produce and ensure quality of scientific materials and publications.
• Lead high-level scientific engagement with Medical Experts and HCP networks.
• Gather external insights and inform TA strategy and evidence generation.
• Build partnerships with medical societies and represent Novartis at events.
