Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires advanced degree and 10+ years in Medical Affairs, Quality and Compliance within pharma.
• Experience leading governance enablement or capability-building at scale across multiple markets.
• Strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape country governance operating model and accountability.
• Develop governance resource models translating workload, risk, and capacity into priorities.
• Lead governance enablement initiatives and succession planning across regions.
