Job summary

Fresenius Kabi in Switzerland seeks a senior Medical Affairs leader to define and drive the transformation of Medical Affairs from education to strategic access activation and insight leadership.

You will partner with Commercial, Market Access, Portfolio, Clinical Development, Regulatory and Safety to integrate medical input into brand strategy and launch readiness, ensuring ethical, compliant and patient-focused execution.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in Medical Affairs transformation and operating-model evolution.
• Strong understanding of biologics and biosimilars with market access and tender experience.
• Expertise in KOL engagement, medical insights and competitive intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the evolved Medical Affairs vision, operating model and transformation roadmap.
• Partner with Commercial, MSP, Market Access, Portfolio, Regulatory and Safety to integrate Medical Affairs input.
• Develop and maintain knowledge management, AI-assisted synthesis and monthly insight cycles.
• Lead global medical strategy and ensure country execution with scientific exchange and KOL engagement.
• Drive budget management, transformation KPIs and resource allocation across global and country levels.
